Dispatch/Service Coordinator

Full-Time

Summary:

AIGC Dispatch/Service Coordinator is responsible for accomplishing maximum use of our internal and field IT resources for the daily dispatch and oversight of service requests.

The perform service request intake from clients; assign, schedule, and dispatch service IT Field service engineers for remote or onsite service in line with the contractual service level agreement (SLA). Candidate must have strong client relations.

Duties:

  • Skill to work in a team and communicate effectively

  • A major point of contact to our client for all types of service requests by email, phone, or through the dispatch application portal, monitor resource schedules to ensure service requests are on time and pre-process service requests

  • Understand the processes in dispatch/service application portal by completing assigned training materials and blueprints

  • Schedule dispatch for field technical services

  • Improve client service, discernment, and satisfaction during the service period and after

  • Keep in touch with clients about incident progress and informing them of approaching changes or agreed outages.

  • Data all work as service tickets into dispatch/service portal

  • Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Interpersonal skills (Customer, telephony, communication, and listening)

  • Typing skills

  • Ability to adapt to the environment and changes quickly.

  • IT Technical awareness

  • help-desk skills.

  • Ideas of our client’s IT Service which support is being provided

  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and technology

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment

 

Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in any field

Experience:
Insurability and reliable transportation to/from work and to/from client sites throughout the day.
Previous Client Service or phone related skills; familiarity with computer system support terminology concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
